From preparation to packaging

Inside the pouch manufacturing process

Follow the production sequence through factory photographs: gowning, weighing, material preparation, pouch forming, packing and labelling.

The images show equipment and work areas. Formula-specific controls, test results and batch release requirements are agreed separately for each guarana pouch project.

The production sequence

Six stages, shown on the factory floor

Operator preparing protective clothing in the gowning area
Controlled entry & gowning: original factory photograph.

Controlled entry & gowning

An operator puts on protective clothing before entering the production area. The image introduces the personnel preparation stage shown in the factory material.

For your project, confirm the entry procedure, clothing requirements and responsibilities for checking readiness.

Operator handling ingredients at the weighing station
Material weighing: original factory photograph.
02 / 06

Material weighing

The weighing station shows materials being handled before processing. For a guarana pouch, the approved formula and ingredient lot records should determine what is weighed and how it is identified.

Confirm ingredient identity, batch references and the approved quantities. A 20% caffeine specification refers to a standardized extract, not to every guarana seed.

Material inside processing equipment labelled prilling in the source image
Blend preparation & granulation: original factory photograph.
03 / 06

Blend preparation & granulation

The source identifies this equipment as a prilling stage. It provides a view of material processing before pouch forming. The blend preparation route depends on the formula and the physical properties required for filling.

Agree the preparation method and in-process checks for the selected formulation. This image does not establish processing temperatures or a validated operating range.

Close view of pouch bagmaking equipment
Pouch forming: original factory photograph.
04 / 06

Pouch forming

A close view of the bagmaking equipment shows the forming section of the production line. This stage creates the small pouch format that contains the prepared material.

Define pouch dimensions, fill mass and seal checks in the finished-product specification. Confirm the caffeine result using an appropriate finished-product test.

Downstream equipment shown as subpackaging in the factory material
Pouch packing: original factory photograph.
05 / 06

Pouch packing

The subpackaging image shows a downstream packing station. Packing requirements should be agreed with the pouch format and the final presentation of the product.

Specify the number of pouches per can, the can and lid, and the checks used to confirm the pack count. The photograph alone does not demonstrate a counting accuracy or line speed.

Labelling equipment at the end of the shown production sequence
Can labelling: original factory photograph.
06 / 06

Can labelling

The final production image shows the labelling station. Approved artwork and the correct product identity need to follow the packed product through this stage.

Confirm SKU, caffeine declaration, batch identification and destination-market artwork before release. Keep a record linking the finished cans to the production batch.

Supporting the process

Laboratory work & production utilities

Laboratory operator handling a sample under extraction equipment

Formulation analysis

The laboratory image shows sample handling and analysis equipment. For a guarana project, request the relevant method, sample identity and report for caffeine content and other agreed specifications. A laboratory photograph cannot establish accreditation or a product result.

Tanks and pipework in the purified-water production area

Purified-water production

The source identifies this area as purified-water production. Where water is used in the selected process, its specification and monitoring belong in the manufacturing documentation. Confirm the requirements for the actual formulation and site.

Plan your production brief

Turn a product idea into a clear specification

Send the intended market, formula direction, caffeine content per pouch, flavor, pouch format and packaging requirements with your enquiry.

  • Minimum per SKU: 3,000 cans.
  • Minimum total order: 9,000 cans.
  • Both quantity requirements apply; cans and individual pouches are different units.

Manufacturing questions

Does every guarana pouch follow the same process?

The photographs illustrate the stages shown in this factory collection. Material preparation, equipment settings and checks depend on the approved formula and packaging specification.

Do these pictures prove a certification or caffeine test result?

No. Certification scope and batch test results require the relevant documents. Photographs show work areas and equipment, not a substitute for those records.

What should be agreed before production?

Confirm the formula, verified caffeine target, pouch dimensions, packaging, artwork, test requirements and lot traceability. The order minimum is 3,000 cans per SKU and 9,000 cans in total.
